When you have lost something at Stockholm Arlanda airport, Cityterminalen, onboard SJ (Swedish State Railways), MTR Express or Ybuss – we work to make sure you get it back.

bagport manages the lost property departments at Stockholm-Arlanda airport and Stockholm Central Station, SJ, MTR Express, Ybuss and Cityterminalen Lost Property.

Searching on the Internet

bagport provides online search services, where found objects are regularly posted. Search for lost property via the search services listed in the menu on the right. Please press the Stockholm-Arlanda, SJ, MTR Express, Cityterminalen or Ybuss search button, depending on where you have lost your property.
Warning: We would like to warn customers of sites providing a "web service" that charges high fees to "enquire" about lost property at airports around the world. Stockholm-Arlanda lost property dpt. do not cooperate with these type of sites. We do not charge for enquiries (via the Internet, via telephone or at our service counter).

Stockholm Arlanda Airport

bagport manages lost property found at Stockholm-Arlanda airport and all airlines handled by SAS Ground Handling (SGH). We also manage items found onboard some of the airlines handled by Aviator and Sweport.

Stockholm Central Station

bagport manages all lost property found onboard SJ and MTR Express trains and areas in close proximity to the train. We also manage items found onboard Ybuss and items found in the area of Cityterminalen and buses that connects to Cityterminalen.

NOTE: After January 31 2017 it will no longer be possible to pick up lost property over the counter at Stockholm Central station because the office is permanently closing.
From February 1 bagport no longer handle lost property for SJ, Cityterminalen and Ybuss. Onwards we are referring customers to the respective company website for enquiries regarding property lost on SJ trains, at Cityterminalen and onboard Ybuss:

Lost on train

Enquire about and monitor lost property onboard: SJ
Enquire about and monitor lost property onboard: MTR Express

Property lost on MTR Express trains will after January 31 2017 no longer be possible to pick up over the counter at Stockholm Central station. The service to have your item shipped will remain.

Lost on bus

Enquire about and monitor lost property at: Cityterminalen, or onboard bus arriving at Cityterminalen
Enquire about and monitor lost property onboard: Ybuss

Administration fee

An administration fee of 50-240 SEK is charged when the found item is collected. This is to cover the costs of storage, registration, opening hours, and administrative duties.
